How do I make a booking?

Select the “Book a massage” BUTTON or Call/sms 0408 642 249 or email hello@alantoohey.com to schedule an appointment.

Once your appointment is confirmed you’ll receive confirmation and reminders.

Can you come to my home or office?

Yes, I come to you in your home or office. If you have parking available please let me know.

I cover Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs & Inner West and lower North Shore.

I also offer corporate chair massage for your workplace.
 

What should I wear?

Please dress for our initial assessment in light, comfortable clothing. Underwear should be worn for the massage treatment. 

 

Can I do a single session?

Yes, absolutely. A one-off session is great for relaxation, to remove stress or tension and relieve pain.  
 

Can I book in for regular treatments?

Yes, I offer special pricing packages. Regular treatments are highly beneficial and can help with stress relief, pain management and overall wellness.

 

What type of massage do you offer?

Remedial (deep tissue), Swedish (relax & revive) and sports massage, with elements of myofascial release, trigger point therapy and reflexology. 


Can I make a claim through private health insurance? 

Yes, I’m a Diploma of Remedial Massage qualified therapist with all Health Fund numbers and provide a receipt for your treatment.

 

Can I have a massage for relaxation? 

Yes, you'll feel revived and relaxed from head to toe.


Can a massage help with tension and pain? 

Yes, massage assists in the release of tension and pain, both short term and from long term injury or strain. 

 

Does remedial massage hurt? 

Sometimes. If you are not very active or are recovering from an injury, you may experience discomfort but all treatments are tailored specifically to your needs and preferred pressure.

 

First appointment?

Please allow an extra 15 minutes for your first appointment. We will discuss any trouble areas or injuries and create a case history to track your progress.
